Second, Chef Mayra will prepare your meals and bring them to your doorstep at a time convenient for you. Each meal will be sealed with a high-quality seal to preserve that out of the pan freshness over a long period of time and each meal.

About Chef Mayra
The Chef mission is to seduce everyone from carnivores to breatharians with luxuriously adventurous Fusion vegan cuisine
Chef Mayra shares her story:
 ”I am amazed at the way highly trained classical chefs are using plant-based food.
"They combine flavors and textures and style in the way you normally don't think about."
Many people eliminate meat, dairy and egg products for health and environmental reasons, and Chef Mayra is seeing more of them in her services request.
"About 5 percent of our requests (meals) are vegan, "We've also seen the number of vegan requests from Hotel service deliver increase."
As a vegan, I learned to read labels carefully, swap butter with heart-healthy oils, reject milks, cheeses and mayonnaise and embrace grains, beans and legumes, nuts and seeds, soy and vegetables.
"Meat wasn't the focal point of the plate anymore," "I wasn't restricted to steak and chicken -- rather, I could treat whole grains, beans and vegetables like star players.
"I have borrowed from international cuisines and “FUSION” My Caribbean with cultures from Thai, Indian, Mexican, Latin and Spanish to help with the flavor profile and make the dishes exciting."
At home, I put taste and quality above animal products, coming up with Chipotle-Miso Glazed tofu, chipotle-orange butternut squash bisque, Caribbean & Southwest spring rolls with sesame miso sauce, kasha with coconut milk and pepitas (green pumpkin seeds) and barbecued tequila-cilantro pineapple.
